Information about requesting access to Holstonia’s archival materials.
How Does Archive Access Work?
- Holstonia’s Knowledge Base is publicly accessible. Additional archival materials may require permission.
- To request access, please use our Contact Form and select “Archive Access Request.”
- Requests are forwarded to designated Museum of the Middle Appalachians/Saltville Foundation representatives for review. Access is granted at their discretion.
- If approved, you will receive instructions for accessing the requested materials.
Do I Need to Create an Account?
No. Public account registration is no longer available. Archive access requests are handled through the existing manual review process.
How Is My Personal Information Used?
Information submitted through an archive access request is forwarded to designated Foundation contacts for review and response.

I’m a Teacher or Researcher — Do I Need Special Access?
Researchers, educators, and other visitors may request access using the Contact Form. Please briefly describe your research or educational purpose.
Requests are reviewed by the Foundation.
